Product training can be customised to meet the unique requirements of our customers ensuring on-site personnel understand the units application and it's features. During the commissioning process, we ensure that our customers are invested with the required information they need to ensure its “business as usual.”

Our experienced engineers are available by telephone, fax and email to answer any technical queries our customers may have. Supported by FG Wilson's global technical support team, our engineers provide and informed and reliable service.


Preventative Maintenance Agreements

Our comprehensive Service agreements typically include two annual service visits. With these agreements in place, our customers have peace of mind that their generating sets will always be available to meet their power demands when required.
